About TOEFL

The TOEFL iBT (Test of English as Foreign Language) test measures your ability to use and understand English at the university level. And it evaluates how well you combine your listening, reading, speaking and writing skills to perform academic tasks.

Test format

Total test time is about 4 hours 30 minutes and covers following modules:

• Reading (60 to 80 minutes)

• Listening (60 to 90 minutes)

• Speaking (20 minutes)

• Writing (50 minutes)
